Why ai-poster needs Google data
ai-poster connects to your Google account so it can monitor a Drive folder for newly added images and download those images so it can publish them to your social accounts. Concretely we request the following scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly— read-only access to your Drive files. We list the folders you choose to watch and download the image bytes of files in those folders so we can attach them to a generated post. We never modify, move, or delete anything in your Drive.openid,email,profile— so we can identify which Google account is connected and show it on the Drive accounts page.
You can revoke ai-poster's access at any time from your Google account's connected apps page, or from the Drive accounts page inside ai-poster after signing in. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and how long we keep it.
